h999 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Platform Use

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and h999 ("h999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the h999 online gaming platform accessible at h999.one, including all sub-pages, services, features, and content available therein (collectively, the "Platform").

• Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the same h999 account, subject to availability. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted under any circumstances.

• All bets placed on h999 are final once confirmed. h999 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific game rules or in cases of clearly documented technical error.
• h999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of manifest error in odds, match data, or game information, or where the outcome was known at the time of the bet being placed.

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any arrangement designed to guarantee or manipulate betting outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing h999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your h999 account by any third party, including through deliberate credential sharing.

h999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to prohibited activities. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Termination and Suspension

h999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy — applicable inactivity fees and procedures will be communicated separately).

Upon account closure, any pending bonuses and associated wagering requirements are immediately voided. Users are reminded that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of h999 complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including any regulations governing online gambling in Pakistan or any other location from which the Platform is accessed.
